Order Confirmation:
Scaziab offers Free Shipping on orders over $40. Orders under $39.99 will be charged a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We automatically confirm stock availability with our suppliers immediately. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We partner with reliable international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and efficient delivery. The specific carrier and services will vary based on your delivery address and selection at checkout.
A Few Things to Note:
- We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.
- Holidays do not count as business days and should be excluded when calculating shipping times.
- Unexpected delays may occur due to security inspections, stock issues, or during high-volume order periods.
- Please allow up to 30 days for the production of custom dresses.
- If your package is delayed 1–3 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly.
- Your shipping address cannot be revised after the order is placed. We will try our best to adjust your address before your order ships. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before ordering.
Customs Duties
Your final checkout total includes all charges—no additional fees will be requested later. There are no extra tariffs, taxes, or delivery fees upon arrival.
