1. Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unused, and resalable condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any product that has been assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or promotional event, unless otherwise specified.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery at Customer@recentedutrends.com.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send the package.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the authorization number, and ship it back using a trackable service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item shipped).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before it ships. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement as soon as possible, subject to availability.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend doing this promptly to ensure availability.
